Student Scheduling FAQ
How can I notify teachers and other staff members assigned to a section when the roster of their course is modified?
The Scheduling Messenger is a tool that allows a student’s teachers to be notified when the student is added or removed from a section roster.
This tool is accessed from the student’s Schedule Tab (Student Information > General > Schedule).

What is the best way to change a student’s schedule mid-year?
The Walk-In Scheduler can be used to make mid-year changes to a student’s schedule. Courses that need to be removed from a student’s schedule should be End-Dated. This preserves the historical records attached to the student’s participation in the section, such as attendance and grades.
Deleting a student’s roster record mid-year will delete all associated data to that student’s participation in that section including grades and attendance will be permanently deleted.
