CIC has developed a demographic data export from Infinite Campus to SpedTrack software and companion import of Special Education Student information into Infinite Campus. This interface is available for a flat rate of $600 per customer, annually.

• Active IEP Indicator

Automations:

• Populate the MO State Reporting Special Ed fields:
  • Status
  • Disability
  • Sped (Yes / No)
• Create an Infinite Campus Special Ed document of a skeletal IEP, including fields: IEP start and end dates
• Create a Special Education team member entry called ‘Case Manager’ (Note: Value provided in the Case Manager field must be an email address or staff number, AND the person must already exist in Infinite Campus)
• Create a flag for Special Ed, called “IEP” with start date for the flag
• Create a flag for 504, called “504”, with start date for the flag
