Ad Hoc FAQ
Can I share filters with other users without allowing them to make changes to the filter?
Yes. If users are assigned only READ rights to the User Group Filters tool right, then they will only be able to view filters that are shared with them via user groups.
Knowledge Base:
Can I share Data Viewer reports that I’ve built with other users?
No. Data Viewer reports cannot be shared with other users via user groups. If you need a report to be shared with other users, it is recommended to build this report through the Filter Designer.
Knowledge Base:
How do I know what fields to use for my report?
Consider where the data is stored in Infinite Campus. Usually, the field will follow that logical chain the same way. The search features are helpful as well. As is the Student Filter Fields resource on Campus Community.
