Health FAQ
I have an immunization record file from my state, can I import this into Infinite Campus or do I have to hand enter each record?
Depending on the formatting of the file you received, you may be able to use the Immunization Import Wizard (Health Office > Health Management > Immunization Import Wizard) to load these en masse.
Knowledge Base:
Can I enter screenings en masse?
Yes. Hearing, scoliosis, vision and dental screenings can be batch entered. Utilize the Health Screening Batch Entry tool (Health Office > Health Management > Health Screening Batch Entry Wizard).
Knowledge Base:
What happens to my appointments if school is cancelled or there is an early dismissal?
You can mass cancel appointments using Health Office Visit Cancellations (Health Office > Health Management > Health Office Visit Cancellations). Any appointments that have been scheduled (but not in-progress or completed) will be deleted for the day(s) you indicate in the tool.
Knowledge Base:
What’s the Daily Health Log? Can that help with COVID Screenings?
Yes! The Daily Health Log (Student Information > Health > Daily Health Log) is a way to record health checks that are performed on a daily basis. Staff can enter this information manually or a survey can be sent to parents to fill out.
Knowledge Base:
What if I don’t see a health condition or medication that I need to add to a student?
Lists throughout the Student Information Health Module are managed in System Administration. Contact your System Administrator to manage these lists.
