Extended Learning

Enrollment

The first opportunity to enroll is embedded in the Extended Learning Pleat in Online Registration.

An enrollment record needs to be created for students enrolling in extended learning. Make sure to set the following fields when creating the enrollment:

  • Grade
  • Start Date
  • Service Type as “S: Partial” (Secondary / Dual-Enrolled). Do not set this to primary; existing primary records would be end dated.
  • Local Start Status

Sections

There are four sections of Extended Learning:

  • Heritage Monday
  • Heritage Tuesday - Friday
  • Upper Monday
  • Upper Tuesday - Friday

Students can be enrolled into sections via:

Section Roster Batch Edit (Only to be used prior to school year starting; attendance is deleted when a student is removed)

Walk-In Scheduler

Positive Attendance

Recording Attendance

Reports
