Contact Preferences Batch Wizard allows districts to set or update messenger contact preferences en masse.
CallerID Preferences used to configure Campus Voice Messenger.
Email Settings configure general settings for email messages.
Messenger Settings configure the Portal URL, set up a schedule for deleting old messages and identify default delivery devices for new templates.
Prompt Preferences used to create default messages to be appended to delivered voice/email messages.
TTS Dictionary is used to correct the mispronunciations of words contained in voice messages.
Voice Settings is used to configure Messenger with Voice.
Task: Review and verify that information has been entered in the training site's Email Settings, Messenger Settings, and Caller ID Preferences. Information should already be populated into the site for you, no action is needed.

Task: Search for a student and find their guardian's Contact Preferences. Add a secondary email for the guardian and mark the mail to receive emergency, attendance, general, and teacher messages.
