Yes. Staff members who work across schools may require a unique District Assignment for each of the schools that they are working in.
An example would be a choir teacher who teaches in the morning at the Junior High and in the afternoon at the High School. This teacher would need one District Assignment with the role of teacher for each school.
This can be accomplished by creating additional records on the District Assignment tab (Census > Staff > District Assignments).
Knowledge Base:
The staff member’s District Employment and District Assignment records should be end dated. End dating the District Employment record automatically end dates all District Assignment records as well. Do not delete District Employment or District Assignment records as this could have impact on historical records.
Knowledge Base:
The Identities tab (Census > People > Identities) can be used to track changes to a person’s identity including name and gender identity changes. This also allows the search function to find people by using their current or former name.
