====== Mitel - Change Your Personal Greeting and Name in Directory ======

**Access the Voicemail System**\\

  * Use the Voice Mail key function
  * Press the * key immediately after the voicemail system answers
  * Enter your mailbox number
  * Enter your passcode followed by the # key
  * Press 4 for personal options

**Personal Options**\\

  * Press 1 to record your personal greeting (This is your voicemail greeting)
  * Press 2 to record your name (This is what is spoken when somebody is using the dial by name directory)

**For options 1 (record your personal greeting) and 2 (record your name) above, you can do the following:**\\

  * Press 1 to listen to your recorded personal greeting or name
  * Press 2 to re-record your personal greeting or name, then use the following options:
  * Press 1 to listen to your re-recorded personal greeting or name
  * Press 2 to record your personal greeting or name again
  * Press 3 to save the last recording
